After Baba Pipal Dass Ji Maharaaj, Sant Sarwan Dass Ji Maharaj take up the responsibility of Dera under whom’s supervision sangat starts coming up in huge numbers. At one scene he was medicating the world with Naam Daat to attain spiritual relief, and at same time giving medicines for their body which was working well. during tenure of Baba Pipal Dass Ji, he usually go to peaceful place and pray to God under shady trees. He worked specially for education of children and usually take up the classes himself, taught them spiritual as well as world knowledge. Place at which Sant Sarwan   Dass Ji   offer  his  prayers  is  centrally  located  in
present Dera. Sardar Hazara Singh gave up 1 canal land for Dera where a hut of bricks were made to shelter from sun and rain. Front of that hut was a raised platform where he distribute the enlightening knowledge to followers. This platform is still demarcated in present Dera site. Following the steps of Baba Pipal Dass Ji , Sarwan Dass Ji connected Sant Hari Dass Ji with Dera works . Soon Sant Garib Dass Ji and Sant Niranjan Dass Ji dedicated their life for Dera works and started completing duties as assigned by Sant Sarwan Dass Ji Maharaj.
Construction of Sh. Guru Ravidass Ji Maharaj’s Birth Temple at Kanshi, Banaras
As there was no historical temple present in the world which can signify the birth of Guru Ravidass Ji, so Swami Hari Dass Ji with Swami Garib Dass Ji purposed a Gurudwara at Kanshi representing birth place of Guru Ravidass Ji. Sant Hari Dass Ji laid the foundation stone of Gurudwara on June 14, 1965 under directions of Sant Sarwan Dass Ji. Then whole construction was done by Guru ki Sangat under guidance of Sant Garib Dass Ji Maharaj. The present temple without kalash was constructed in lifetime of Sant Sarwan Dass Ji itself. Finishing work was done after them under presence of Sant Hari Dass Ji and Sant Garib Dass Ji. Gold kalash was installed in 1994 on February 22, 1974. Sant sammelan at large scale was organized to install idols of Guru Ravidass Ji Maharaj, and Sant Sarwan Dass Ji .this temple is running under direction of Shri Guru Ravidass Janam Asthan Public Charitable Trust. With ongoing temple construction Swami Sarwan Dass Ji in organization with Guru Ravidass Saadhu Sampardaay Society and other organizations of Punjab worked a lot for betterment of society. Under great thoughts of Sant Sarwan Dass Ji, this Dera became a popular centre for religious sentiments of all sections of society. On June 11, 1972, Sant Sarwan Dass Ji completed his life journey. Sangat can never forget the sacrifices of Sant Sarwan Dass Ji.
