Inaguration Hospital Kathar
The foundation stone of Sant Sarwan Dass Charitable Hospital laid by Sant Garib Dass Ji on 22nd October, 1982 and inaugurated by Sant Garib Dass Ji on 1st January, 1984. From then every year a celebration is held at Sant Sarwan Dass Charitable Hospital, Adda Kathar, Disst. Jalandhar.
This year Silver Jubilee celebration will be held on 15th February, 2009 at Sant Sarwan Dass Charitable Hospital, Adda Kathar, Disst. Jalandhar.
Maghi Smagam
The day after Lohri is known as Maghi, a day that signifies the beginning of the month of Magh. According to common belief, this is an auspicious day to take holy dip and give away charity. Kheer is prepared in sugar cane juice to mark the day. Maghi, also known as Makar Sankranti, is the first day of the month of Magh.
The largest assembly (Sangat), however, takes place at Dera Shri 108 Sant Sarwan Dass Ji in the form of a big fair during which pilgrims listen to kirtan, partake of langar (blessed food), and pay homage to Shri Guru Ravidass Ji and the Sants.

In the memory of Sant Hari Dass Ji Maharaj, every year on the 6th of Feburuary, in Dera Ballan and dated 7th of February, Hari Manav Unity saint conference is celebrated in Sant Sarwan Dass Charitable Hospital at Kathar, District Jalandhar.
Birth Anniversary of Guru Ravidass Ji
This year the Guru Ravidass birthday celebration will be held on 9th February, 2009 at Shri Guru Ravidass Janam Asthan Mandir Seer Goverdhanpur Varanasi U.P. On this occasion like every year a special train is run from Jalandhar to Varanasi on 5th February, 2009.
Birth Anniversary of Sant Sarwan Dass Ji
In Dera, every year on the 15th of Feburuary, the birth anniversary of Shri 108 Sant Sarwan Dass Ji, is celebrated. The pilgrims (Sangat) came down to Dera and pay their regards to Sant Sarwan Dass Ji.
Vaisakhi
Festival of Vaisakhi is celebrated with lot of joy and enthusiasm at Dera Shri 108 Sant Sarwan Dass Ji. On this occasion a large of number devotees come to Dera and pay their regards and listen "Vaisakh Maheena" from Sant Maharaj Ji.
For the predominant Sikh population of Punjab Vaisakhi is one the biggest festival as it marks the foundation day of Khalsa Panth by the tenth Sikh Guru, Guru Gobind Singh Ji.

On Every Sunday
On every Sunday at Dera Ballan sangat (pilgrims) come to Dera from near and far in large numbers and Ragi Jathas (kirtan singers). Kirtan or bhajans are held till evening. In the morning, tea and pakora langar (blessed food) is distributed among the sangat and food in the lunch time.
On Every Sangraand
On every Sangrand at Dera Shri 108 Sant Sarwan Dass, Ballan sangat (pilgrims) come to Dera from near and far. People take bath at Dera Ballan after that listen the holy "Name of the Month" from Shri 108 Sant Niranjan Dass Ji Maharah. After that Ragi Jathas do kirtan throughout the day. Langar is distributed throughout the day among sangat (pilgrims).
